Container Yards

Container Yards are designated for the handling, storage, and possibly loading or unloading of cargo into or out of containers, and where containers can be picked up, dropped off, maintained, stored, or loaded or unloaded from one mode of transport to another (that is, vessel or truck). 

A Container yard (CY) is a container handling storage facilities, either within a port or inland. CY is the place where Container Carriers store Containers and Chassis, accept or deliver loaded containers and lend out empty containers, receiving returned empty containers. We at BRK TERMINAL maintain container yards for storage, handling and maintenance of ISO containers. Major Shipping Lines use our services for storage and allocation to their respective clients. Facilities are available for handling Refrigerated as well as any specialized container type.
