KKothawale Group Pvt. Ltd. intends to make a positive difference to society and contribute its share towards the social cause of betterment of society and area in which companies operates. Infrastructure
The KKothawale Group – BRK Terminal was conceived on the fundamental of “Simplifying Warehouse {Container} Movement”.
The BRK Terminal consequently is a picture of gleaming hi tech equipment, machinery, vehicles, computers, work desks,etc. all working in perfect sync.
With a total area of 15.0 acres (607,02sqm) available, the BRK Terminal has been able to plan, invest and layout each asset to extract maximum performance. Phase I has been developed over an area of 7.5 acres. It has the largest area with off dock storage capacity for import loaded box. The BRK Terminal can stack 7736 TEU’s at any given time, handle 220,000 TEUs annually and has adequate capacity to handle reefer containers.
Two international class warehouses (1 x 10000 sqm and 1 x 9000 sqm), the 19,000 sqm paved Warehouses for loaded containers and the 25,000 sqm truck parking area – a unique first to offer a congestion free service – are the real showpieces of the BRK Terminal.
The container movement and management equipment list is also equally impressive. Reach stackers, forklifts, handcarts, trailers, cranes, empty container handlers, special equipment to handle windmills, exclusive chassis for stuffing, electronic weigh bridge; demand it and the BRK Terminal has it.
It has created a 1 storied office complex of 500 sqm. This complex is equipped with high tech computers and warehouse management software to minimize paperwork and speed up document processing. An interesting IT initiative is the secured Wi-Fi office facilities that are available for CHAs, contractors and other users.
To ensure uninterrupted work flow the entire BRK Terminal has the support of high capacity generators for power supply. What picture this ultimately presents, is that of a Terminal that is well equipped, well manned and true to its declaration of being a Terminal that simplifies container movement.
